Load up a sex mod, add your meme characters as NPCs, take juuust barely SFW NTR screens and you've got a troll's toy you can puppeteer into new images that are technically on topic and technically SFW. Fallout and Elder Scrolls have sex mods which makes these generals and other FO/TES threads prime for bait potential. It gets a reaction easily so posters use it to troll for (you)s and then real NTR posters think they are in good company which amplifies the trolling capacity.
